ooyamaafuri-jinja

Oyama Afuri Shrine is located on Mount Oyama in Isehara, Kanagawa Prefecture, and enshrines Oyamazumi no Okami, a deity of mountains and water. Known as “Afuriyama” (rain-bringing mountain), it has long been worshipped for rain, harvest, and safety. Accessible by cable car to the mid-slope shrine, and with hiking routes to the summit, it offers views of Mount Fuji and Sagami Bay on clear days.
